Our maintenance philosophy focuses on the performance of routine, scheduled maintenance designed to prolong the life of the equipment as well as to reduce potential downtime. Most of our maintenance plans include the annual Commonwealth of Massachusetts safety inspection.
During regular work hours, all calls placed for service are answered at our facility in Medford, Massachusetts. Route mechanics are informed and dispatched in response. We constantly monitor the level and severity of calls so that we offer the best possible response. Outside of normal working hours, dispatching is done through a local answering service. Our mechanics respond in a timely manner, and alert supervisory personnel of any issues that need further attention.
